OUT OF HOME RESOURCE MIX 2022

Provide additional promotion for your event, cultural activity or product through Haarlem Marketing's Out of Home resources.

Haarlem has several opportunities to advertise in public spaces. Haarlem Marketing offers you the chance to use its Out of Home tools to promote non-commercial activities, in order to generate brand awareness or give a campaign more visibility. visibility. Importantly, we can only place non-commercial expressions (including sponsorship) in various Out of Home resources. Together with the municipality of Haarlem agreements have been made about this, both with us and with external providers of the means.

Digital welcome signs

OUT OF HOME RESOURCE MIX 2022

Eye-catching LED screens welcome visitors to Haarlem at city entrances. On these digital welcome boards provide space for announcements of exhibitions and events in the city and for city marketing. The displays run in a loop and are visible day and night.

The signs reach a broad target audience, consisting of residents and visitors to Haarlem. The screens are particularly visible to motorists, bus passengers and cyclists.

The welcome signs are located at the city entrances on Korte Verspronckweg, Schipholweg, Waarderweg, Fonteinlaan/Suiderhoutlaan, Camera Obscuraweg and Amsterdamsevaart.

Deploying the six screens costs €75 per week. 

Information screens

VVV AND ANNO HAARLEM

Draw extra attention to your initiative through an expression on (one of) the digital screens in VVV Haarlem and Anno Haarlem, located at the front of City Hall. On the screens there is space for information, current promotions or advertisements. The screen at VVV Haarlem is located above the counter, making it clearly visible to all visitors and also in the visitor center Anno Haarlem, the screen has a prominent place.

Advertising on these screens offers interesting opportunities for Haarlem entrepreneurs targeting (international) visitors to the city. The digital screens offer additional visibility to over 150,000 visitors. Indeed, on an annual basis, the VVV receives an average of 153,604 visitors and Anno Haarlem receives an average of 21,078 visitors. Visitors to Anno Haarlem are specifically interested in culture and the history of the city.

The cost of using one of the two screens is €75 per week (with a minimum of 2 weeks). 

B-side mupis

OUT OF HOME RESOURCE MIX 2022

At approximately 50 locations in Haarlem, both in the historic city center and neighborhoods outside the center, are illuminated advertising columns (mupis). Of these, the B-side is available for expressions of the municipality and/or campaigns to promote the city. For the latter, Haarlem Haarlem Marketing is responsible for the planning. These include campaigns around exhibitions, cultural activities and events. The posters in the mupis are changed weekly.

*Sometimes locations are not accessible for a change due to work. There is no No communication is possible in advance.

A campaign in the B side of the mupis in Haarlem reaches a very broad target group, consisting of residents and visitors to the city. The objects are visible 24 hours a day to pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and bus passengers.

For the use of the mupis you do not pay any hanging costs. However, you do have to take care of the design and printing of the 65 posters (50 + 30% necessary reserve). This will cost approximately €450. When you confirm your request, we will send you contact information for two printing companies that can supply the posters for this amount. Of course you are free to have the posters printed elsewhere. The posters cannot be reused and will be destroyed after use.

V-Frame Spaarnwoude

Right next to NS-station Haarlem Spaarnwoude, on the grounds in front of IKEA Haarlem, is a V-frame with room for two expressions. These can be the same advertisement, but it is also possible to supply possible to supply two different expressions and/or share the V-frame with another party. share. With an expression in the V-frame, you reach a broad target group, consisting of residents and visitors to Haarlem who travel by car, bus or train.

The cost for manufacturing two premium mesh canvases is a one-time € 475. Installation and dismantling costs are € 300,- each time. It is possible to return and/or reuse the canvases after completion.

Infotakes

Next to the entrance of NS-station Haarlem and next to the elevator of parking garage Raaks are Infotakes. By simply pulling the lever on the side, visitors can take a folded A3-flyer from the Infotake. On one side of this flyer there is a map of the city with the most important sights on it and on the other side is space for promotion of Haarlem businesses. The advertisers are also indicated on the map on the front.

With an advertisement on the back of the map you reach a broad target group, consisting mainly of visitors to Haarlem traveling by car or train. The annual circulation is 20,000 A3 flyers.

Flyers are reissued annually, or earlier when supplies run out. With each new issue there is a new opportunity to advertise. Price and specifications on request.

Advertisers are also listed on the map on the front.

Target Audience Advertising on the back of the map reaches a wide audience, mainly visitors to Haarlem traveling by car or train. The annual circulation is 20,000 A3 flyers.
